Not bad. I think the speed they get is good and the impact would be enough for you to know about it. Not KO shots but still gonna hurt.
The second guy I didn't like the way he bounced about and kind of bobbed his arms a bit before the strike. The first guys look like they could easily use those strikes as a pre-empt and I always thought that was the way Bruce used that kind of strike to get a quick first shot in to daze the other guy. If you telegraph it with bouncing or bobbing the arms then what good is it?
Also would have liked to see the pad man put some resistance on the pad so we could at least gauge a bit better how hard those hts were landing

yes i find that because its now a "system" and not a concept they restriced themselves,when i look at Bruces original concepts they fit with what were all doing and i could quiet easily call what i do jkd concepts
to be honest what really makes me chuckle now is the time they take to get into stance before they take a shot,whats all that about? didnt bruce say lead with power.not lead with your stance

I posted here before introducing my self, because Jeet Kune Do is all my life is about. These are good video's there are some video training session we have in our classes and I hope to share them with you in future. (I need to upload them first
)

Hi Jinquan,
sounds like a man with a passion,my training/teaching is everthing to me as well, I think youll find most of us on here are doing our own form of Jeet Kune Do,and were a couple of us started
keep what we need and throw away what we dont sounds about right to me
